Senior Legal Analyst, OKX

• The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Compliance Officer, Corporate Paralegal, or Corporate Legal Analyst
• They should also have strong organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making skills, the ability and desire to work collaboratively with a high-functioning legal team, and an interest in the cryptocurrency and fintech industry
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement
• 4 years of work experience in a similar or technical role (e.g., compliance analyst, compliance officer, law firm and/or in-house corporate paralegal or legal analyst)
• Self-starter, quick learner, hard-working, highly driven and proactive
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex problems and communicate them effectively
• A strong attention to detail, work ethic, and an ability to execute with speed, high standards, and a passion for sharing knowledge within your team and organization
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage and multi-cultural environment

Desirable

• As a Senior Legal Analyst, you will report to the Compliance Counsel and work closely with all members of the Compliance team and business leaders throughout the company
• Assist in conducting witness interviews for internal investigations, gathering key information, and drafting comprehensive investigation reports
• Monitor, track, and summarize regulatory enforcement actions, providing insights to the compliance team to help shape risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance initiatives and internal investigations
• Support compliance-related audits and assessments, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and preparing materials for external audits or enforcement actions
• Manage and track compliance projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Amendments
• Design, develop, and implement compliance processes, internal guidelines, and playbooks to drive efficiencies and help the team build for scale
