Who you are
- Type of degree and place you got it is not important, you’ve trained on the job at or on great brands
- 8+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing elite level integrated campaign work, with examples of full-funnel content and persona-driven storytelling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to roll with change

- You’ve worked at great agencies or companies where you’ve worked on top brands producing content that is noticed by our industry and your peers
What the job involves
- You will first and foremost understand the full funnel journey of your target persona
- You will understand the role of the awareness, discovery, consideration level content all the way through post purchase. And you will create compelling, content that engages them at every stage
- Working closely with brand strategists, campaign managers, and design teams, you'll produce conceptual campaigns and content for a variety of channels, as well as the digital ads, email marketing, and at times landing pages, social media and blogs
- Your writing will inspire action, convey our value proposition, and amplify ServiceNow's leadership in the digital transformation space
- Develop engaging, full-funnel campaigns and content tailored to specific personas, industries, and business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate program strategies into clear, impactful messaging
- Write, film, edit, and optimize content for multiple formats and channels, including:
- Digital ads (video, display, social media)
- Thought leadership articles, blogs, and whitepapers
- Ensure all content aligns with ServiceNow’s brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
- Partner with performance marketing teams to A/B test content and iterate based on data insights
- Stay current on industry trends, audience behavior, and best practices in content marketing

ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
