- Want to be part of one of Europe's fastest-growing climate tech startups? We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to play an elementary role in helping us transform every company into a sustainable business

- You bring around 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in product development across our stack, including Frontend (React, Redux), backend (NestJS), and data (PostgreSQL)
- You write well-structured and high-quality code that’s easily maintainable by others
- You are passionate about ClimateTech and have a strong commitment to fighting climate change
- You are self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
- You speak fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- You are ideally located in Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the UK, or the Netherlands
What the job involves
- In this key role, you will be a hands-on product engineer, using our state-of-the-art tech stack to solve real user problems that will positively impact the sustainability of our climate
- You take responsibility for new features, design and implement them
- You contribute to improving the Cozero product by being a sparring partner to the Product Manager
- You will make architecture decisions as a key member of our engineering team
- You will participate in discussions on how to maintain and improve our micro-service architecture
- You will work closely with senior engineers to identify and mitigate tech debt
- You plan, code, test, QA, and deploy
- We run on AWS, TypeScript, NestJS, React, and more. As a Full Stack engineer, we trust you can get quickly up to speed on our technology stack, so if you don’t have experience with parts of our stack, you will be able to learn a lot!

Climate change and conflicts continue to challenge energy companies, leading to an unprecedented demand for more commitment to renewable raw materials from all stakeholders. For companies, this means it is now no longer a luxury to save CO2 emissions where possible.
Cozero is a software company that creates products to fit that need. The startup was founded to enable companies to effectively decarbonise. It differentiates itself from competitors by framing these CO2 savings in the language of business - each measure details CO2 saved per Euro invested.
With over 70 enterprise customers, the company's next steps will involve accelerating its international expansion and advancing its Climate ERP solution. Having already helped cut Vodafone's media carbon footprint by a third, the company is well set for even greater success as it continues to grow.
