Who you are
- If you thrive in early-stage environments, know how to prioritize ruthlessly, and are energized by building something from the ground up — this role is for you
- 7-10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment. An understanding of what differentiates enterprise from SMB marketing (longer cycles, more stakeholders, higher stakes) and proven experience building campaigns that influence a buying committee (not just generate leads)
- Deep, practical experience with Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution, using platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo to target and engage high-value accounts
- Deep technical knowledge of building and scaling complex LinkedIn campaigns using custom audiences and ICP targeting
- Comfort using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and data visualization platforms to uncover insights and inform strategy. You know how to build a report that tells a compelling story — and present it with confidence
- A track record of successfully navigating high-growth or high-ambiguity environments with minimal direct supervision. (We’d love examples of where you formed a POV to pressure test when direction was unclear rather than waiting for perfect conditions!)
- A bias for action — you move fast and know when to take initiative versus when to pause and check in. You don’t just keep yourself busy, you drive impact
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with and read cross-functional stakeholders well (particularly sales), build trust quickly, and bring people along the journey of shifting and competing priorities
- Executive presence and comfort presenting to and fielding questions from senior leadership. You can represent your strategy with conviction and incorporate feedback without losing momentum

- We are currently seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Enterprise to join our Performance Marketing Team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto
- This is a senior, hands-on, in platform role - working within Ad platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, along with ABM tools such as ZoomInfo / 6sense to deliver pinpoint targeted ads while collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive strategic growth initiatives for Clio’s Enterprise segment

- We are seeking a strategic and data-driven marketer to join our team as Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale our paid acquisition strategy for a new and high-growth segment of our business — targeting the world's largest law firms
- You will be the dedicated performance marketing lead for our enterprise motion, responsible for developing and executing sophisticated, full-funnel, multi-channel advertising campaigns that generate and capture qualified pipeline from top legal firms and corporate legal departments
- This role exists within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. You will be expected to create structure, not wait for it — bringing clarity and direction to situations where the playbook is still being written
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will also partner closely with the Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing, along with various enterprise sales and marketing stakeholders to align marketing efforts directly to sales objectives and revenue outcomes
- Develop & Own Enterprise Paid Media Strategy: Design, build, and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy from the ground up, focused on acquiring and engaging enterprise law firms (200+ lawyers). This is a builder role — you will define the approach, not inherit one
- Hands-On Channel Management: Directly manage and optimize campaigns across key B2B channels, with a primary focus on Display, Out-of-Home (OOH), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (SEM). Explore and test new channels relevant to an enterprise audience, such as content syndication
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Initiatives: Partner with the enterprise team to launch and scale targeted advertising campaigns against a named list of high-value accounts, ensuring our messaging reaches key decision-makers. You will own the paid advertising component of our ABM motion
- Collaborate for Success: Serve as the key performance marketing partner to enterprise sales and marketing teams. You will define target accounts, align on messaging, create integrated campaigns, and establish a seamless lead-to-revenue process. Strong stakeholder management — knowing when to move and when to align — is essential
- Analyze & Report on What Matters: Go beyond traditional lead metrics. You will measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on enterprise-level outcomes: target account engagement, marketing-sourced pipeline, and revenue influence. You will present findings to senior stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Budget & Optimize: Manage a significant advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum impact and return on investment. Continuously run A/B tests to improve campaign performance

Clio provides a legal practice management platform designed for law firms, allowing users to manage billing for legal aid cases, access and manage documents and store files across multiple devices. Whilst other startups are operating in this niche, Clio has uniquely focussed on synchronisation across remote devices and on a wide range of integrations, allowing the user to access information from other industry standard software such as Xero and Klyant from within a single interface.
Clio has raised a large amount of investment capital and benefited from the COVID-era move to cloud technologies. Most recently, it raised a 2024 Series F round, which saw the company attain a valuation exceeding $3 billion. This funding is being used to accelerate AI development and to allow existing investors and employees to cash out their shares.
