What the job involves
- We're currently seeking a talent coordinator to recruit talent and build strategic relationships with acting organizations
- Actor community outreach
- Research communities and organizations to target for project participation
- Recruit talent for our study
- Coordinate and collaborate with the studio admin team
- Constant communication with the production team for coordination
- Maintain organized systems for actor related data
- Keep a log of all contacted organizations and communities
- Place flyers and advertisements in strategic locations around town and online
- This job is a hybrid position
