What the job involves

This role sits within the Global Customer Finance Operations team covering UKI, Nordics and NAM. We are focused on cash acceleration, billing accuracy, and customer experience. We look at leveraging AI-led collections tooling (Attelas) to prioritise and drive productivity, and evolving towards a centralised, scalable, high-performance function
Manage a high-volume customer ledger ensuring invoices are collected on time
Proactively contact customers (email, phone, portals) regarding overdue balances
Use AI-driven tools to prioritize outreach and optimize collections performance
Deliver consistent DSO and overdue reduction across assigned portfolio
Monitor aging reports and escalate risks early
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to resolve disputes
Investigate billing issues (POs, contract mismatches, incorrect invoices)
Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to prevent repeat issues
