Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years in a SaaS or startup environment — ideally your second role, with hands-on experience in implementations, technical support, or demo engineering
- Comfortable working with APIs (GraphQL, Postman) and basic coding/automation (Python or similar scripting)
- Customer-centric mindset — you understand user needs and can translate them into demos that resonate
- Collaborative and open to feedback, thriving in cross-functional work with sales, CS, and product teams
- Experience with design tools (Figma), data visualization platforms (Looker, similar), or product tour tools (Storylane, Navattic, Walnut) would be a plus

- As our first Demo Engineering Analyst, you’ll design the systems that allow our sales and customer success teams to show Choco’s value in minutes, not hours
- This isn’t just about automation. It’s about credibility, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll make sure every client can experience Choco in a way that feels real, relevant, and trustworthy
- Build and maintain an on-demand demo system that lets AEs set up custom demos in <5 minutes
- Partner with AEs, CS, Product, and Marketing to close demo gaps and create smooth narratives
- Design safe, scalable environments where customers can try Choco themselves
- Eliminate reliance on Figma mockups — bring the real product to life in every conversation
- Continuously improve demo infrastructure based on feedback and new releases

Our take
The restaurant industry has seen vast technological innovations throughout the last decade, yet the state of supply chain ordering and administration does not reflect this. Restaurants are still using archaic paperwork to order from suppliers, and this has the tendency to become clunky, inaccurate, and result in food waste. Choco exists to improve this situation by connecting restaurants and suppliers through its food ecosystem management software.
Choco isn't the only company to notice the potential for disruption in this space, but it has taken a unique approach by providing bespoke inventory applications and analytical tools to both restaurants and suppliers. Because of this, it has a large and rapidly growing userbase and its supply chain now links more than 31,000 businesses globally, with more than £1.2 billion in goods traded on its platform.
It's also raised large amounts of capital in several funding rounds and achieved unicorn status with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. It now has eyes on expansion, currently working with clients across the U.S. and Europe but also planning to begin operations in South America, the Middle East, and Asia in the near future.
