What the job involves

Drive activity within the defined Sales structure and operating rhythm
Stay vigilant on operating rhythm, enabling Global Head Sales to set up an operating cadence eg Weekly Sales management meeting, Sales Town Hall, Regular Business reviews etc
Improve consistency and develop the tooling to support & monitor sales initiatives
Increase efficiency of team over time through improvements in optimal org structure and ways of working
Regular business health checks and ensuring legal and risk issues are identified and assigned ownership
Work across organisation to ensure delivery of key Sales operational and strategic initiatives
Lead corporate planning and ongoing reporting & tracking processes, including both revenue and costs
Sales commission planning, adapting to business needs and approval thereof
Work with Head of Sales and regional managers in headcount management & optimisation
Support growth, business insights and articulation Sales strategy & ensure day to day corresponds to Sales
Drive effective launch and tracking products, initiatives and campaigns
Direct Support for Head of Sales
Have a strong pulse and understanding of underlying business, to help Head of Sales better understand the business and make decisions
Act as Single point of contact into Sales for other parts of the business
Act as trusted proxy for Head of Sales in meetings
Deep dive on behalf of Head of Sales into areas that require attention (eg Underperformance)
Handle specific projects/deliverables/responsibilities as assigned by Head of Sales (Operations, Risk )
Support recovery efforts during client incidents
Ensure voice of customer is represented, in a timely manner ,provide senior guidance, assist with communication
Coordinate across Sales team to ensure customer feedback is captured and shared through FX business
Partner with Product & Partnership teams as customer needs are identified and solutions developed
Develop launch strategies and sales campaigns to maximize adoption (including new partnerships)
Lead Sales Enablement function globally . Working across the functions D&A, notably GSA/KSA , Post trade to ensure sales alignment to fulfill FX needs
