What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team within the Product organization
- You will play a key role in designing and optimizing user experiences for online loan and account applications
- Your work will directly impact how users interact with our digital products, helping to streamline critical financial workflows while adding moments of delight through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design
- Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products, with a focus on optimizing online loan and bank account applications
- Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to iterate on design solutions
- Present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and defend design rationale
- Participate in grooming sessions with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation
- Use design tools to produce storyboards, prototypes, and templates for user testing and demonstrations
- Review proposed product changes for alignment with UX standards and suggest improvements
