Contracts Manager, CAST AI

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, and legal or contract management qualifications are a plus, including JD, LLM, CCCM, CPCM, or paralegal certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, with specific experience in SaaS offerings provided through cloud service provider marketplaces
• Proven track record of drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, order forms, extensions and renewals
• Familiarity with contract management software and tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, global environment

• As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners
• You will collaborate closely with legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure compliance, manage risks, and support the growth of our business through effective contract management
• A strong understanding of cloud service provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS agreements will be key to your success in this role
• Draft, review, and customer agreements and order forms, including via cloud service provider marketplace (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Manage and maintain all aspects of contract documentation, including execution, organization, amendments, renewals, and extensions
• Partner with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and track non-standard deviations
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline the contract lifecycle process and improve contract management efficiency
• Ensure timely contract execution and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, as well as legal changes and updates to cloud service provider marketplaces
