Who you are
- 7+ years experience as an Account Manager in a SaaS company with a focus on cross-selling and account expansion - Must

- Knowledge and experience in Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM - Big advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies - AWS/GCP/Azure - Big advantage
- Understanding of Monitoring, Log Management, and data analytics - Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
What the job involves
- Coralogix is seeking a Account Manager to join our growing sales team
- Account Managers at Coralogix are essential in our effort to meet our customers’ expectations and help them utilize their Observability data
- The Account Manager is responsible for retaining the customers, ensuring their success, and growing their net dollar retention
- They are also responsible for discovering, qualifying, developing, and closing renewals and expansion opportunities
- This role will be expected to professionally and accurately prove value propositions through pilots and POCs and negotiate economic and legal terms to close expanded subscription business
- The key to success in this role is the ability to evangelize Coralogix’s approach and educate technical teams on the value proposition of our solution
- Work with multiple strategic accounts simultaneously, building relationships and expanding the Coralogix footprint within these organizations
- Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly quota objectives. Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, completing quotes, contract preparation, and execution
- Work with our Technical Account Managers, Strategic Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers to plan, prepare, and execute deals in complex and technical sales cycles
- Analyze customer business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention
- Deliver clear messaging and presentations and communicate the platform's uniqueness and the problems it solves
- Manage the business aspects of the entire renewal cycle
- Drive customer adoption/usage data, executive relationships, customer health, and other key data and trends, working with Customer Success to proactively address factors that could threaten a renewal
- Know the Observability market well. Educate and enable customers to learn about Coralogix's advantages

The drive towards data-driven business decision making, coupled with the rising complexity of data infrastructure has led to huge amounts of capital investment into Data Observability companies.
Coralogix is one such company – along with the likes of Crible and Monte-Carlo – to have secured hundreds of millions in funding as they look to get ahead of the competition. Each offers solutions that ensure the integrity and quality of data, but Coralogix sets itself apart by not requiring manual indexing from engineers.
The knock on effect of this model is that engineers can make faster queries, while large-scale data systems are able to grow without burdening engineers with manual tasks.
Though founded in Israel in 2014, Coralogix has been scaling aggressively since 2019, opening a second HQ in California and offices in India and the UK. Considering the health of the Data Observability market as well as its heavy funding, Coralogix looks well positioned for further growth, especially off the back of 2022 funding and its 2023 release of a Tracing Cost Optimiser, which claims to save 90% more on data ingestion costs.
