Role
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing
- You have solid experience in maintaining and developing websites with WordPress and Clay as well as in using Salesforce and Pardot to implement CRM processes and Marketing automation
- You have already integrated and successfully used various AI tools in Marketing
- You have a strong sense of brand positioning, targeting and effective storytelling
- You develop strategic campaigns with a clear focus on performance and conversion
- You are an organisational talent with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
- You have experience in managing agencies, freelancers and cross-functional teams
- You speak German at native speaker level and have a very good command of English
What the job involves
- Product marketing & positioning: You develop value propositions, messaging frameworks and strong storylines for product features and innovations - in close collaboration with Product, Sales and Customer Success
- Campaign & growth management: You design and manage holistic, cross-channel campaigns (e.g. feature releases, industry initiatives, webinars, events) - from the initial idea to the evaluation of success
- Email marketing & campaign development: You develop targeted email campaigns. You formulate effective content, segment target groups and optimise dispatch and performance based on relevant KPIs
- AI-driven marketing & innovation: You actively drive the use of AI in Marketing - e.g. in content creation, targeting or brainstorming new formats
- Agency management: You coordinate external agencies - and ensure that our brand has a consistent, clear and innovative presence
- Strategic coordination: You bring cross-functional teams (Content, Performance, Product, Sales) together to plan and implement campaigns effectively
- Marketing analytics & performance: You analyse the effectiveness of our measures in a data-driven manner, identify learnings and iteratively develop our Marketing strategy

Our take
Compared to other industries, the real estate sector has been rather left behind by technological developments, still relying on old-fashioned record-keeping and telephone communications. But the recent arrival of PropTech startups are changing that. casavi is one such company, aiming to digitise the industry with a collaborative property management platform.
casavi's platform automates and streamlines many aspects of the property management business, allowing for online ticketing and service apps for tenants. Most notably, its collaborative platform, Relay, allows real-time communication between over 50,000 real estate service providers. As an early mover in a sector urgently in need of modernisation, casavi has quickly earned a client base of over 1,600 property managers, housing associations and commercial property owners with a collective portfolio of over 130,000 buildings.
Having raised funding, casavi is moving to cement its leading position in the DACH PropTech sector. It is working to develop its product with a focus on automation features, expand its partnership scheme to more real estate services and build out its team. In the longer term, it will scale its solution and increase its customer base in the DACH region.
