• Managing inbound and outbound calls to the intermediary line
• Proactively calling broker partners to generate, nurture and grow repeat business
• Building, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with intermediary partners
• Managing and responding to broker email enquiries
• Supporting brokers with registration, onboarding and system queries
• Actively managing cases to help brokers and their clients achieve the best possible outcomes
• Working closely with underwriting, operations, pricing and risk teams to progress cases efficiently and secure offers promptly
• Hosting webinars and training sessions to educate and support intermediary partners
• Attending broker events, in-person meetings and occasional office visits with broker firms to strengthen relationships and promote Gen H’s proposition
• Supporting the wider intermediary growth strategy and team initiatives
• Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of Gen H’s criteria, policies and propositions
• Thinking creatively and pragmatically to help brokers place more complex cases
