What the job involves

As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will manage a book of existing business comprised of accounts up to $15k
You will be expected to uncover upsell opportunities, through qualifying customer needs and intent
You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes
Identify and develop new business opportunities for our core offerings
Handle outbound sales, product renewals and upsell
Process and manage high-impact customer orders
Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records including meeting and e-mail activity
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Record, analyze, and report on sales activities and trends
Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals
Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with multiple departments to close deals
Implement strategic sales initiatives
Manage large quantity of smaller accounts
5% - 10% of in-territory-travel may be required plus one optional international trip to Sales Meeting
