What the job involves

You’ll be responsible for attracting and engaging the best talent to scale our sales function
Develop and implement different recruiting strategies to hire self employed field agents
Proactively sourcing candidates through different channels
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Conducting thorough screening and assessment processes to identify individuals who align with our company's values and objectives
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
