What the job involves
- As a Growth Product Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in product management, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning
- Reporting to our Senior Growth Product Manager, you'll support ongoing project planning, data analysis, dashboarding, and A/B experimentation focused on product-led revenue growth strategies and rapid validation
- In addition to working on daily growth projects, you’ll take ownership of a large-scale research project over the course of the internship that will contribute to an important product strategy decision
- This is a great opportunity to develop product thinking, analytics, and business strategy skills while collaborating across teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics
- Support ongoing product planning, product experimentation, and other revenue growth projects
- Conduct data analysis and create dashboards to support product decisions
- Implement and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature performance and user impact
- Identify insights from our user data to inform growth strategies
- Lead a large-scale research project that contributes to a strategic product decision
- Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and strategy discussions to understand how cross-functional teams operate

Our take
The competitive nature of sports has always been driven by scorekeeping, and nowadays results are often consumed online. However, for smaller teams it can be difficult to provide this information digitally, as they do not have dedicated web development staff.
GameChanger provides a scorekeeping and statistics platform for sports teams to engage with their fans, that allows viewers to track the progress of a game in real-time similar to with professional sports. The company also embeds a live-streaming service into the platform to facilitate remote viewing, helping to increase audience engagement.
Whilst some sports teams already stream events on platforms such as Twitch and Youtube, most do not have the technical resources to achieve this. GameChanger has recognized this gap in the market, providing a simple yet unified platform for sports scoreboards and streaming, providing a fair opportunity for any team to maximize their community engagement.
