Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, and Salesforce strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience building ABX programs at scale, and implementing a modern enterprise marketing playbook
- A program manager with hands-on experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth
- Tactical experience includes: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account based ads, direct mail / gifting, and social network targeting
- An analytical problem-solver who makes decisions informed by data. Experience using analytics to draw insights to continually optimize campaigns and maximize growth
- Curious and innovative with a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to drive growth, while remaining adaptable and flexible when aligning programming to business decisions
- Action-oriented, with a love for working in the trenches with sales and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results
What the job involves
- Productboard is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager (ABM) to penetrate and grow strategic and named accounts for the enterprise
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders, this marketer will operationalize a scalable, one-to-one and one-to-few, multi-channel marketing motion that results in expanding pipeline and accelerating close rates with Productboard’s highest-value target accounts
- Build and execute a modern ABX program that creates personalized buying experiences for Productboard’s most strategic customers and prospects
- Partner with marketing, BDR, and sales teams to develop programs and playbooks that drive demand in key accounts; influencing, engaging, and multithreading target audiences and personas
- Own all elements of our ABX programming including: account strategy, goal setting, list management, campaign plans and collateral, program documentation, experimentation, follow-up, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders in operations and growth to stand up program workflows and craft compelling offers, leveraging our tech stack to support personalization
- Conduct account research, both with internal teams (AEs, CSMs, etc.) as well as external data sources, aligning account content strategies to Productboard’s use cases, and leveraging the relevant messaging and positioning frameworks
- Drive pipeline and increase funnel velocity for key accounts; analyze performance and use benchmarking to guide ABM campaign decisioning and optimization opportunities
