Role
Who you are
- Market research experience, including complex survey creation and analysing results
- Some data analysis experience, though we’re happy for you to learn on the job
- A proactive attitude and a creative mindset
- Ability to manage and analyse large datasets, crunch numbers, and derive actionable insights
- Effective and clear communication to convey complex insights and recommendations to various stakeholders
- Curiosity and analytical hunger with a strong desire for data, coupled with the drive to understand problems and interpret data effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate seamlessly across multiple teams and markets
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- You’ll own Driver Power - the UK’s automotive consumer survey. You’ll communicate Driver Power findings internally and externally, drive usage of the data, and coordinate data collection using panel sample and internal respondents
- You’ll be our expert on the car market, tracking key market trends using internal and external data sources
- You’ll execute our market research strategy and roadmap - what do we need to know and how do we find out?
- You’ll provide insights to our partners in the car industry
- You’ll run qualitative and quantitative research for our industry partners to help them understand campaign effectiveness, the needs of their audience and sentiment towards their products
- You’ll develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviour when it comes to buying, owning, and selling a car. You’ll apply a commercial lens to provide insights and recommendations that are aligned with internal objectives and priorities
