Executive Assistant, Galaxy

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity
• Client-facing experience
• Prior experience supporting multiple individuals
• Ability to work hybrid from London office 3+ days per week
• Extensive MS Office knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality

Desirable

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support three Managing Directors/Directors in our London office
• Responsibilities include managing calendars, liaising with vendors, managing the flow of information, travel arrangements, streamlining expense reports, and other back-office tasks
• Act as the point of contact among executives, senior management, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Manage calendars and set up meetings
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage personal and sensitive information with discretion
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Process expense reports
• Provide ad hoc support to wider London team
