- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role in a tech or start-up environment

What the job involves
- As an Executive Assistant for Engineering at Browser Company, you will be the organizational backbone for our engineering leaders, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently
- You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize time so our leaders can focus on building the future of browsing
- This is a hybrid role based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office, with in-office presence required 3 days per week
- This role will own and manage the day-to-day calendars for engineering leadership, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal use of time
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including team syncs, 1:1s, interviews, and cross-functional collaboration
- Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts or last-minute changes
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling requests and communications for the engineering leadership team
- Support logistics for team events and special projects as needed
- Handle sensitive information with a high-standard of confidentiality and discretion

- Have built strong working relationships with engineering leaders and key stakeholders
- Fully own the calendar management process, ensuring priorities are clear and meetings are scheduled efficiently
- Understand the rhythms and routines of the engineering team and anticipate their needs

- Proactively identify and implement improvements to scheduling workflows and communication processes
- Be a trusted partner to engineering leadership, helping them stay focused and organized
- Seamlessly coordinate complex meetings and events with multiple stakeholders

- Be the go-to expert for all things scheduling and logistics for the engineering leadership team
- Anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise, keeping the team running smoothly
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

The Browser Company delivers Arc and Dia - new web browsers designed to be faster as well as more personal, focused and creative than traditional options.
Founded in 2019, The Browser Company sees an opportunity to create a browser that excites. Brand dedication for the more common browsers is limited, as they are designed to act in the background. Instead, The Browser Company wants Arc and Dia to act intelligently, visibly overcoming problems like overwhelming hits, online distraction and information being hidden under irrelevant results.
Its competitors of course include some of the biggest names in tech, but it hopes to stand out with a browser that is dramatically new and more powerful, which will earn its own unique space in the market. Arc was released for mobile and Windows in 2024, followed by the AI-focussed Dia in 2025, and they have so-far been met with positive reviews.
