• This internship provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, analytics, and business strategy. The intern will support Instawork's Business Operations team to leverage generative AI to drive innovation in business intelligence and strategy, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and extracting deeper insights from structured and unstructured data
• Design flexible pipelines to analyze unstructured qualitative data at scale (customer feedback, support tickets, etc.)
• Create interactive, AI-powered dashboards that dynamically visualize key metrics
• Build diagnostic systems that automatically detect anomalies in important metrics and provide potential root cause analysis
• Leverage AI to improve a sales lead generation engine via data enrichment, workflow automation, and lead tracking tools
• Codify learnings into a scalable playbook for our GTM stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement and efficiency
