- Strong project and account management skills, with the ability to own end-to-end execution across multiple stakeholders and priorities

What the job involves
- Senior Client Success Managers are trusted thought partners who lead day-to-day operations for high-value or high-complexity accounts, bringing clarity to performance discussions and consistency to execution
- They anticipate risks before they escalate, flag gaps or inefficiencies across the workflow, and help ensure a seamless client experience
- They collaborate fluidly across internal teams, aligning efforts and priorities to support the client’s goals
- They also own billing accuracy for their accounts — validating correct rates, addressing discrepancies, and beginning to build insight into historical billing patterns and seasonal trends
- Their knowledge of the Innovid platform allows them to connect performance data to broader business outcomes and help clients see value in both delivery and long-term planning
- They support client health management and account planning by surfacing growth opportunities, guiding internal alignment, and contributing to the story of long-term value
- At this stage, they share responsibility for revenue retention and growth — ensuring executional excellence, surfacing risks or churn signals early, and helping to sustain and expand the business in partnership with Sales and leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic and operational owner for a portfolio of high-value or high-complexity client accounts, ensuring a consistently strong client experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by connecting campaign execution, performance data, and platform capabilities to broader business objectives
- Partner closely with Sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate client goals into actionable plans, aligning short-term delivery with long-term account strategy
- Lead proactive, insight-driven client conversations, identifying risks, surfacing opportunities, and guiding discussions toward retention and growth
- Own coordination across internal teams (e.g., Ad Ops, Product, Finance, Sales) to ensure clear accountability, timelines, and execution quality
- Take a leadership role in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by shaping the narrative, synthesizing insights, and recommending forward-looking strategies
- Support revenue retention and expansion by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, flagging churn risks early, and reinforcing Innovid’s long-term value
- Ensure billing accuracy and financial integrity for assigned accounts by validating rates, resolving discrepancies, and building awareness of historical and seasonal trends
- Continuously assess workflows and processes, flagging inefficiencies or gaps and contributing to improvements that enhance scalability and client health
- Occasional travel may be required to support client and business needs
Our take
In 2007, Innovid's founders Zvika, Tal, and Zack came together to make digital video do more. Digital was on the rise, and it was time for video to step up. Two years later, Innovid filed the first patent to insert interactive objects into video. Since then, it has evolved to run as an independent advertising and measurement platform for the world's largest brands.
Innovid runs data-driven creative delivered on all channels (from connected TVs and mobile devices to social channels like Facebook and YouTube), and 3rd party measurement through its media-agnostic platform. It also works with the industry to help advertisers scale how they create, deliver and measure ads across different platforms.
Innovid has struck up partnerships with great companies already, which is a good sign of its ability to win big contracts; it has worked with over 1,000 of the world’s largest brands. It is also continually innovating and most recently announced the expansion of its Social Ad Manager to include full ads management for Reddit, allowing marketers to plan, actrivate, measure and optimize campaigns within a unified workflow.
