Who you are

The ideal candidates will have a 3+ year track record of successfully selling software solutions into existing and net new enterprise accounts across the Public Sector, preferably within Local Public Sector institutions like Cities, Districts, Local Data Centres, Churches, and Welfare
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German
3+ years of above-quota software sales experience across the Public Sector in Germany
Preferably, experience with selling Cybersecurity software solutions and deep knowledge of current security solutions
Experience selling into Public sector in Germany, particularly State and Local government
Strong presentation skills, both internally and externally
Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders
Enterprise sales experience with an actionable rolodex of decision-makers
Superb organizational and reporting skills
Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
"Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approach

What the job involves

Build out a direct sales channel into accounts across Southern Germany
Drive various partner led solution channels, including Managed Security Services
Maintain and grow strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders
Sell our range of products to senior stakeholders with the support of a designated Sales Engineer and Channel Partner
Work closely with marketing and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation and GTM campaigns
Drive overall sales excellence whilst adhering to our internal processes
Evangelise the SentinelOne technology to the wider market
Attend and occasionally present at leading industry events

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.

The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
