Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a strategic thinker who can also "dive in and do."
- A transformation-minded GTM leader who has both helped reinvent organizations at a top consulting firm and scaled GTM operations at a leading SaaS company
- A background from a top-tier consulting firm at an Engagement Manager and above, followed by senior GTM leadership experience at a SaaS company (e.g., SVP of GTM Strategy/Operations or Revenue Acceleration)
- The candidate must possess a deep understanding of AI's potential in reengineering GTM
- A customer-first transformation mindset
- Proven experience redesigning organizational functions
- Hands-on with technology, e.g. being able to configure agentic workflows, be on top of latest tech developments, etc
What the job involves
- In RevOps we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will join a highly motivated, energetic Revenue Operations Team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts globally across all segments
- You will be in a unique position to have a substantial impact on sales culture and top line and bottom line revenue
- This position is focused on reinventing Miro's entire Go-To-Market (GTM) engine by integrating AI, automation, and human expertise
- The goal is not to optimize existing processes but to fundamentally rethink how GTM functions operate to drive deeper customer value and scale globally. This role reports directly to the CRO
- This role has a global mandate across all customer segments, including Small, Medium and Enterprise, serving 250,000 customers and 100M users
- The leader will own GTM Strategy, Enablement, in close collaboration with Product and Marketing
- The scope is comprehensive, covering partners, solution engineering, sales, support, success, renewals, new customer acquisition, and customer education driving both horizontal Miro adoption and vertical-specific solutions
- Reinvent GTM operations using AI to augment human capabilities for higher-value work
- Engineer proactive customer engagement models using AI agents alongside human teams
- Create data-driven, end-to-end solutions that drive deeper engagement faster
- Scale customer value delivery through a balanced application of automation and human expertise
- Redesign GTM approach from the ground up, rethinking the division between human work and automation
- Architect the optimal balance between AI agents, automation, and human teams to maximize customer value
- Analyze performance metrics and system telemetry to identify gaps and engineer effective solutions
- Drive the adoption strategy across both the horizontal platform and specific vertical solutions
- Lead the transformation of customer engagement from a reactive to a proactive model
- This person will architect Miro's next-generation, AI-augmented GTM engine, balancing automation and human expertise to drive unprecedented customer value at a global scale
Our take
Millions of employees worldwide have moved to remote working, but existing tools are holding back the potential for collaboration. Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.
Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.
Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 100M users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. And as part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
