Role
Who you are
- This role is ideal for a strong writer and executor who can take direction, run with it, and consistently deliver high-quality content that drives engagement and business impact
- Execute against LeafLink’s content strategy across channels, including blog, email, web, campaigns, sales collateral, webinar, and video
- Create high-quality, engaging content including thought leadership pieces, industry insights, case studies, guides, and editorial content
- Write and develop campaign copy across channels, including email, landing pages, paid media, and other campaign assets
- Partner with the Product team to translate product features and updates into clear, compelling, benefit-driven content
- Support go-to-market initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales to develop impactful sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and customer stories
- Work with Growth and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life through strong messaging and creative execution
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content touchpoints
- Monitor content performance and incorporate feedback to continuously improve output
- Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to inform content development
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6+ years of product or content marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating content for B2B and/or SaaS companies strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail

- LeafLink is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team
- In this role, you will execute against our content strategy; bringing our voice to life, shaping our narrative, and helping position LeafLink as a leading authority in the cannabis industry
- You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact content and marketing assets that support campaigns, product initiatives, and go-to-market efforts
- While content is at the core, you’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure our messaging clearly communicates the value of our marketplace and solutions
- You’ll translate complex product capabilities and industry dynamics into compelling, accessible content that resonates with operators across the cannabis ecosystem
- You’re a strong storyteller with a passion for creating content that resonates
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
- You excel at execution: you can take a strategy or brief and turn it into high-quality content quickly and effectively
- You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously
- You’re collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Design
- You’re proactive and resourceful, able to move projects forward with minimal oversight
- You’re data-informed and use insights to improve content performance
