Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in driving growth, revenue and retention through innovative and scalable marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization
- Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

What the job involves
- We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead our growth marketing organization
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact growth strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer advocacy
- Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of growth marketing, across strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy for EverHealth portfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy
- Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with key stakeholders including Product Marketing, Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership ensuring strategic marketing alignment with EverHealth business objectives
- Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase market share with ICP providers
- Oversee creation and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, including digital, social, email, partner, sales outreach, and events
- Develop and refine inbound marketing programs to attract and engage prospects, including creation of high-value content and experiences that resonate with our target audiences
- Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn
- Partner with Performance Marketing to deliver consistent and compelling positioning across all campaign channels
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure strategic alignment with EverHealth ICPs, buying personas and messaging frameworks
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed, remaining within allocated marketing budget
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and forecast new acquisition and expansion opportunities
- Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and drive sustainable growth
- Drive innovation within the marketing department by exploring new technologies, channels, and methodologies
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure EverHealth remains at the forefront of marketing innovation
