• The Foundation: You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, paired with up to 1 year of experience (recent grads and co-op/internship superstars are highly encouraged to apply!)
• Data Wizardry: You boast solid comfort with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, easily navigating basic formulas, PIVOT/VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and data formatting with strong numerical accuracy

• Master the Details: Cross-check monthly carrier billing statements against our HRIS (Dayforce) data to ensure pinpoint accuracy in enrollment numbers and payroll deductions
