Partner Solutions Architect, Aiven

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data infrastructure (databases, messaging systems, etc.), and API integrations. Familiarity with open source technologies is a plus

• As a Technical Delivery Manager at Aiven, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our partnerships
• You will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of our services by, with, and through our partners, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, and acting as a technical liaison between Aiven, our partners, and customers
• Partner Onboarding and Enablement: Guide new partners through the technical onboarding process, providing training and support on Aiven's products and services
• Commercial: assist partners to generate business with Aiven’s new and existing customers to drive ARR growth and shorten the time required to adopt
• Project Management: Oversee the technical delivery of projects with partners, ensuring timely and successful completion. This includes:
• Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinating resources and tasks across internal teams (e.g., engineering, support, sales)
• Tracking progress and mitigating risks
• Communicating effectively with partners and stakeholders
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to partners, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve partner execution processes and workflows, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our operations
