Marketing Operations Manager, Front

• Front is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team!
• This role requires a blend of project management expertise, marketing knowledge, and technical acumen to support and enhance our marketing operations
• This candidate will have a healthy balance of operations, project management, technical, and analytical experience to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that unlock promising results for our marketing efforts

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on marketing automation systems / CRM management
• Stack Familiarity: You have primary experience using and/or implementing Hubspot or Marketo and working with Salesforce, Outreach LeanData and/or ChiliPiper and project management systems (Asana, Jira, etc)
• Project Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Ensure accurate and timely enablement to stakeholders, providing insights into project status and performance
• Skilled Collaborator: You excel at cross-functional collaboration and relationship building, and can handle highly complex projects that impact multiple stakeholder groups

• This role is crucial in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing our lead generation efforts, and supporting overall business growth
• You will accomplish this by closely partnering with key stakeholders/ teams, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and executed efficiently
• Evolve our marketing automation practices, including driving key disciplines within our marketing tech stack, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and program execution
• Ensure all programs Marketing Ops are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead management processes and handoffs
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to continually improve marketing effectiveness, process scalability, and lead-to-closed won optimization
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance marketing operations processes
• Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene across our external facing platforms
