Paid Social Marketer, Mega Events

• Proven experience in a performance marketing role
• Strong background in Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• We’re hiring a motivated, data-curious Paid Social/Performance Marketer to support and grow paid campaigns across a portfolio of live event brands
• This role is ideal for someone with solid foundations in paid social who wants to develop their skills, gain exposure to larger budgets, and grow quickly within an in-house performance team
• Supporting the setup, optimisation, and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
• Monitoring performance and using data to support decisions around creative, audiences, and budgets
• Assisting with creative testing and campaign experimentation
• Working closely with the creative team to help brief and refine marketing assets
• Helping maintain reporting and performance dashboards using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Supporting budget pacing and performance tracking
• Staying curious about platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends
