Role
Who you are
- Experience: Recent graduates or early-career marketers (1–2 years of experience) who are ready to dive into B2B marketing
- The skills: You have a knack for writing, an eye for clean design (even if just on Canva), and a curiosity for tech. Any familiarity with AI tools (like Claude or Gemini), HubSpot, WordPress, or Google Analytics is a massive bonus, but not required
- The Mindset: Proactive, curious, and a self-starter. You don't wait to be told what to do; you bring ideas to the table
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication fields (or similar degrees)
What the job involves
- This is a hands-on, high-exposure role
- You’ll get to see the direct impact of your work from day one
- This role is predominantly remote, though you must be based in the UK and open to occasional travel for team meet-ups and industry events
- We also have a central London office that is always open for you to use whenever you like
- This is a noticeably broad, generalist role spanning creative production, social media, paid ads, website updates, and strategy
- You do not need to be an expert in all of this on day one
- You just need the hunger to learn it
- Produce copy & creative: Create eye-catching graphics and video assets, and write engaging copy for social media, emails, and blogs
- Run campaigns: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and webinars. You'll learn how to set up tracking and optimise ads based on real performance
- Growth optimisation: Jump into the data with us to see what actually drives business. You’ll assist with market research and help brainstorm our next big moves
- Support the day-to-day channels: Keep our organic social channels buzzing, help update our website/CMS, build HubSpot landing pages, and support event planning
- No red tape, no endless hierarchies. You will get the opportunity to learn, full creative freedom, and a clear path to fast-track your career into strategy and leadership as our team scales

Our take
Isla wants to empower healthcare professionals by allowing them to use visual data—photos and videos of patients—by securely recording this data to a medical professional's smartphone.
The ambitious startup has partnered with the Central London Community Healthcare Trust and the NHS, successfully supporting various NHS trusts on their digitisation journey. Isla will focus on leveraging visual data to improve end-of-life care and dermatology services. Additionally, the company has added an Impact page to its website, showcasing evidence of Isla's benefits.
Now that a case can be made for visual health data flows being helpful, the company's platform could see even wider adoption. Once sufficiently high-quality data sets have been collected, Isla can use the visual data, provided with patient consent, to inform medical practice more generally.
The next few years at Isla should be interesting as the company is looking to replicate the operation of its product across several hospitals and healthcare facilities. Isla's end game is to be fully integrated into all incumbent Patient Administration Systems to make the platform seamless for clinicians.
