Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
2-5 years of experience driving social media strategy and execution for B2B organizations
2-5 years of experience using analytics, KPIs, and data interpretation to optimize performance
Experience managing or working with paid social campaigns
Familiarity with SEO principles as they apply to social media
Strong command of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Lightroom
Demonstrated ability to create high-performing video and visual content
Ability to travel 10% within the US for trade shows and events
Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively

What the job involves

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, campaigns, and target audience behavior
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and third-party tools
Manage daily posting and content scheduling across YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
Create compelling, platform-specific multimedia content (videos, graphics, motion graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom) and Canva
Optimize posts and content strategy using SEO best practices to improve organic reach and engagement
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency
Foster and maintain positive, responsive relationships with followers and customers through DMs, comments, and real-time engagement
Lead and manage influencer outreach and partnerships where appropriate
Stay up-to-date with the latest platform trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices

Many order fulfilment warehouses rely on a combination of human workers and machinery to operate packaging assembly lines. However, these workflows are time-consuming and repetitive, showing the potential for human workers to be replaced with AI-driven robots.

Locus Robotics provides automated robotic technologies for fulfilment warehouses, offering a range of different robots for different workflows. Every robot outputs data that can be tracked and analyzed, and they can be installed rapidly and scaled depending on business size.

Whilst robots in warehouses is not a new concept, they are generally limited to warehouse giants such as Amazon. Locus Robotics, however, has taken a flexible and accessible approach to its technology, aiming to increase access and affordability so that smaller businesses can scale.

Having picked over three billion items across its network of customers, the company is well established. It has also seen significant funding which has supported international expansion. In the longer term, when market conditions allow, it will consider an initial public offering.
