Role
Who you are
- Get a genuine kick out of building customer-centric communications that deliver real growth and impact!
- Minimum 5 year experience where you have owned multi-channel CRM and lifecycle marketing, preferably in a tech or fast paced start-up environment (you’ve built, broken, and rebuilt before - all in the pursuit of growth!)
- Are proficient across multiple CRM platforms and can quickly embrace different tech stacks
- Skilled in independently building event-triggered, automated and multi-channel workflows from the ground up (you’ll get full autonomy in this role, consider it a blank sheet!)
- Versed in multiple channels and expert at bringing them together to form coherent, delightful user experiences. Must be experienced in email, SMS and push notifications
- Proven track record in independently delivering complicated projects on-scope, on-time and on-budget
- Conscientious with an exacting eye for detail - sweat the small stuff!
- Copywriting skills and an intuitive sense for clear and compelling consumer messages that cut through
- Independent, proactive, curious, you make things happen, fast! Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an autonomous problem solver
- Analytical mindset with a love for digging into data and understanding user behaviour - you're obsessed with getting to the bottom of what makes people tick/click!
Desirable
- Experience using either customer.io or Hubspot
What the job involves
- Using company OKRs as your guide, define and map out multiple and nuanced user journeys across fundraisers, donors, partner integrations and charity customers
- Build complimentary email, SMS and push notification workflows and campaigns that come together to meet the needs of our users on their givestar journeys
- Always A/B test and optimise campaign performance including copy, timing, incentives, design, segmentation, and channel mix
- Build out reporting and analytics to continually monitor and analyse key conversion metrics. Provide reporting on CRM performance across the business
- Collaborate with brand design to create assets and lead on copy that generates real cut through
- Innovate for deeper segmentation and personalisation strategies to increase relevance and engagement across all campaigns
- Be the CRM champion and keep up to date with the latest trends and technology
