Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field at a top-tier university in France
- Proven experience creating content, in any form. If you’ve built a blog, TikTok page, newsletter, portfolio, or standout university project, show us. We care about what you’ve made, not where you made it
- Exceptional communication skills, sharp writing and speaking, able to adapt to any audience and collaborate confidently with anyone in the company, from interns to the CEO
- AI-first mindset, excited to use AI tools and automation to work faster, smarter, and at a 10× scale
- Creative, curious, focused, and hungry to learn, with the drive to go the extra mile and make things happen
- Strong design instincts and fluency with content tools (slides, Canva, Figma, or similar), and comfort building clean, high-quality visuals or web updates
- Fluency in English, with passion for gaming, consumer apps, or tech as a strong plus
- Eligible for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required )

What the job involves
- As an AI Communication & Content Strategist Intern, you’ll shape how Homa communicates, inside and out
- You’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and AI, turning complex ideas into sharp, high-impact content that resonates across audiences: talent, game studios, partners, investors, internal teams, and more
- You will support Homa’s strategic priorities by producing world-class content powered by AI and automation
- This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing gaming company, learn quickly, and help build the future of how we communicate
- Build scalable, AI-powered content systems (templates, prompt libraries, automated workflows) that massively increase speed, consistency, and quality
- Create fast, high-impact content for LinkedIn, blog posts, employer branding, internal decks, strategic presentations, and more
- Tailor content to each stakeholder, adapting structure, angle, and depth to maximize relevance and impact
- Ensure narrative and brand alignment, keeping every message true to Homa’s mission, vision, culture, and strategy
- Lead the evolution of Homa’s communication by identifying high-impact opportunities, introducing better formats and tools, and raising the bar for how we inform, inspire, and engage

Mobile gaming continues to grow in popularity, and more and more big companies and franchises are publishing their offerings for download, but this has made it extremely hard for small games, with small teams, to stand out. Homa Games builds tools for developers to build successful mobile games, including publishing and monetising their products.
Homa Games is the world’s leading platform for mobile game creation and publishing and is one of the companies driving the industry towards a data-driven and systematic approach. The company helps developers build faster, with testing tools; create more popular games through market intelligence; and remove financial risk by offering smart in-app advertisements and distribution management.
Since 2018, Homa Games has attracted one billion downloads for its published games. The company has raised an impressive level of funding that will be used to improve its tech stack and expand into web3 and NFTs, and it has acquired and partnered with other technologies towards this next goal. Ultimately, Homa Games wants to build a universe of interconnected games with virtual worlds and characters owned by creators and players, an ambitious task that it will be interesting to see if they can achieve.
