Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in community & event management, customer experience, or program management, preferably within SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environments
- Proven track record of building and scaling community programs and events that deliver measurable results
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analysis skills to measure program effectiveness and optimize strategy
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving, with a passion for fostering vibrant and engaged communities
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and community-driven professional to join our Scaled CX team as a Community Programs and Events Manager
- In this role you’ll focus on cultivating and engaging our vibrant user community through strategic programs and impactful events
- Reporting to the Head of Scaled CX, you’ll collaborate closely with the Community and Events Team to create moments that matter, turning users into passionate Manychat advocates
- Develop and execute strategies for strategic community programs, fostering active and engaged communities
- Create the Community Events Playbook and manage and scale the existing programs
- Drive community collaborations that amplify Manychat’s user ecosystem and strengthen connections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community programs with broader company goals and provide insights from the community
- Measure program performance and leverage data to optimize engagement and impact

ManyChat provides a platform for the creation of customised chatbots without needing any experience in coding. The startup focuses on providing small businesses with opportunities to equip the messaging services of their business social media pages with automated customer service tools.
The company has grown a huge customer base of over a million businesses, powering more than a billion conversations annually. Although there is competition in this field, ManyChat has the funding and reputation to hold its footing. In 2026, it announced it had worked alongside TikTok to bring its messaging automation tech to the platform, opening up a whole new channel for its users.
