Who you are
- This isn't your standard PA role. We're looking for someone exceptional. You'll be an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant ideally within the creative or technology industry
- You’re detail orientated (and because of this) you’re a total perfectionist
- You’re at your best in a fast paced, creative and high-growth environment and you pride yourself on always staying 10 steps ahead
- We work at pace here (thanks to our astounding growth) so you'll need to be happy managing a multitude of spinning plates (from diary and travel management, to driving business agendas and managing various projects)
- As well as your fantastic work ethic, you’ll have dazzling people skills, a determination to make things happen and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Lastly, you'll bring positivity, resilience, gravitas and a firm understanding of the dynamics of the business and individual departments, its priorities, people and strategies
What the job involves
- Act as a primary point of contact for the CGTO Leadership Team: Director of Data, Director of Digital & Director of Technology
- Providing a range of executive support, including organising and preparing meetings and meeting documentation
- Coordinator and/or lead ad-hoc projects, presentations and briefs
- Extensive diary, meeting management, travel management, making judgement calls on prioritisation of appointments for the team
- Managing inbox and business correspondence
- Assisting with administrative requirements including processing POs and dealing with expenses in a timely fashion
- Have a sound understanding of the business strategy, practices and priorities
- Partner with other EA/PAs throughout the office to coordinate agendas and confirm logistics with the Charlotte Tilbury Team
- Scanning and filing legal documents
- Manage team events on a quarterly basis
- Assistance with management of 1:1s with teams and objective reviews
