Who you are

Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
Minimum 3 years of related finance experience in Controlling, FP&A or Group Accounting
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets using complex calculations, data manipulation, and analysis
Experience with Financial Consolidation tools and Accounting Systems (we use Netsuite and Lucanet)
SQL (BigQuery) and Power BI are a plus
Team-oriented and collaborative, with strong communication skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
Ambitious and proactive, eager to grow, learn, and tackle challenges in the financial domain
Self-motivated and methodical, effectively managing time to meet deadlines
Skilled at working both independently and within interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams, with a strong sense of initiative and process orientation
Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English

What the job involves

Due to our constantly growing portfolio, we are looking for a proactive, solution-focused individual, with the ability to work autonomously and in a structured style to strengthen our Group Controlling team
Prepare an annual budget plan in close collaboration with internal departments
Review, analyze, and present the operational P&L (monthly Budget vs Actuals) providing detailed explanations for deviations from the budget
Prepare monthly rolling forecast
Collaborate on financial planning strategies and analysis, providing insights for informed decision-making
Refine and optimize finance processes and methodologies by identifying improvements, leveraging automation tools, and streamlining existing procedures
