Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational or tech-driven environment
- Proven expertise in management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Agile mindset with a high say-do ratio, creative thinking, and results orientation
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
What the job involves
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for providing financial leadership to support and challenge decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the company
- FP&A is primarily responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis and business partnering
- The FP&A team aims to deliver high quality, relevant, timely and accurate financial and non-financial information to enable key decision making and strategic direction
- Support quarterly guidance, annual budget, and long-term modelling processes in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Consolidation & Reporting
- Consolidate global revenue forecasts and results, incorporating commentary from regional teams and xScale FP&A
- Track and report progress throughout planning cycles
- Drive executive-level reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making, including Guidance & Annual Budget deck, WD10 revenue and quarterly updates for CRT leadership
- Deliver monthly and quarterly flux and flash reporting to Corporate FP&A and CRT leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide timely, actionable insights for business reviews and strategic initiatives
- Challenge regional assumptions and share global insights to improve accuracy and consistency
- Build strong partnerships with the VP of CR Finance, Regional Finance teams, Commercial Finance, Corporate FP&A, and business leaders to gather inputs, communicate results & ranges, resolve issues, and enhance processes
- Deliver clear, concise presentations of multiple financial scenarios and outcomes, tailored for senior leadership decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity
- Support automation initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve reporting accuracy
- Champion best practices in financial modelling and reporting
