Data Analyst, Fr.App

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as economics, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years' experience as a technical data analyst or equivalent
• Experience of working with different data sources and ability to run advanced SQL queries
• Proven expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets
• Proven experience one these programming languages in Python and R
• Have experience with complex data analysis, you generated and delivered insights and narratives, built and owned dashboards and visualizations
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SAS or in Python SciPy etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Enhanced Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop a deep understanding of how user interactions correlate with key growth metrics. Use data analysis and predictive modeling to uncover how changes in user behavior can impact our overall success
• KPI Development and Monitoring: Identify and define critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our products. Continuously track and analyze these metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
• Insight-Driven User Experience Improvement: Analyze user interaction data to generate actionable insights. Use these insights to inform and influence product development strategies, ensuring optimal user growth and satisfaction
• Advanced Experimentation: Take the ownership of the design and execution of A/B tests and multivariate experiments. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline processes, automate report generation, and deliver insightful analysis
• Data Pipeline and Dashboard Development: Design and implement robust data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines. Develop and automate comprehensive dashboards to provide data visualization and decision-support tools
• Collaborative Product Testing and Analysis: Work closely with product managers to oversee the complete lifecycle of product testing—from design through implementation and analysis. Ensure tests are robust, and the results are statistically valid
• Effective Communication of Insights: Document all findings and translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to help guide the future direction of our app
