Senior Backend Software Engineer, SandboxAQ

• 4+ years of experience working as a Backend/Fullstack Software Engineer or equivalent
• Proficiency in Golang with a strong understanding of data structures and concurrency/synchronization
• Experience working with various enterprise Key Management Systems and solid understanding of current available solutions/technologies for both cloud and on-prem deployments
• Experience developing distributed, highly available, performant and scalable infrastructure solutions and applications
• Ability to work in a small team to rapidly iterate and release production quality grade software

• The SandboxAQ Cybersecurity group is looking for a talented software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation cryptography and credential management solution
• As a key member of our team, you will work across the stack (backend, frontend, infrastructure) to help design and implement scalable cloud-based systems that enable secure credential management inside enterprise environments
• This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cryptography, key management, policy enforcement, and distributed systems to shape the future of credential management
• You will get to work with a diverse group of engineers, product managers, solution architects, cryptographers, and ML experts to rapidly bring the product to market
• Build core features around credential issuance, distribution, rotation, and revocation while integrating with a variety of enterprise environments
• Design and implement security-centric frameworks leveraging open source and proprietary frameworks
• Develop scalable, performant and highly available solutions oriented at different security problems and environments, for infrastructure both on cloud and on-prem
• Understand existing security paradigms and solutions, and contribute to building additional security capabilities in those systems
• Automate, deploy, diligently test and maintain software as part of a long-lasting software engineering cycle
