• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to drive sprint planning and backlog management

• Own project execution: Drive product development forward by ensuring teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and roadblocks are removed
• Be the glue across teams: Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to keep everyone in sync and ensure priorities are clear
• Keep the roadmap on track: Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and development cycles to maintain focus and efficiency
• Ensure clarity & momentum: Maintain clear documentation, facilitate stand-ups, and proactively communicate updates to keep all teams moving in the right direction
• Solve problems before they happen: Identify risks, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot bottlenecks to ensure a smooth path to delivery
