Role
Who you are
- 4-6 years of experience with ROAS / KPI-driven performance marketing, with a track record of managing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and beyond
- Full funnel marketer with an understanding of how paid & organic channels work together and understand different campaign tactics and KPIs
- Tech-savvy and competent in the digital tools and platforms that power our performance marketing program
- Grasps how to set up conversion tracking across various channels and platforms (iOS, web, Android)
- Understanding of marketing tech, especially mobile attribution partners (AppsFlyer, Branch)
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups
- Bonus points if you've worked in local marketplace environments and have affiliate program management

What the job involves
- As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you're not just running campaigns; you're managing user acquisition, creativity, and strategic expertise across the digital landscape
- Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you'll be helping to accelerate our growth, working across a variety of channels to drive new users into the world of ResortPass
- Support the performance marketing strategy, crafting and conducting campaigns across Video, SEM, Display, Social, and Affiliate channels that resonate and engage
- Manage the creative process across paid channels, from user-generated content and influencer collaborations to branded creative, all aligned with our broader integrated marketing team
- Fine-tune our web conversion and funnel optimization, turning potential into patrons
- Manage, launch, and optimize custom landing pages that support Paid, Organic, and CRM initiatives
- Support in pioneering new channels that unlock growth and explore uncharted territories in the marketing landscape, such as Affiliate, TV, Audio, and Direct Mail
- Collaborate with our Biz Ops and Analytics tram, translating data into actionable insights
- Keep a vigilant eye on our performance metrics, ensuring our campaigns hit our KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPLV, and more)
Our take
Luxury hotels and resorts are often regarded as havens for the rich and famous, being reserved exclusively for guests who are willing to pay top dollar to stay overnight. However, ResortPass is changing this narrative, by building a day-pass marketplace for establishments that want to bring in guests to utilize their amenities throughout the day.
The demand for local experiences has soared in the past few years and ResortPass is taking advantage of these growing requests. ResortPass offers over 900 brands for guests to choose from, including the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Sheraton. While some may argue ResortPass is removing the exclusivity for overnight guests, its business model is to monetize underutilized inventory and work alongside hotels to drive usage of these amenities.
ResortPass offers a distinct way for both tourists and residents to enjoy the facilities of upscale hotels and resorts. With endorsements from well-known personalities such as Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow, the company is a testament to the increasing favorability of the sharing economy and the demand for exclusive travel encounters.
