- We’re looking for a seasoned marketer who thrives on data, creativity, and ownership
- You have experience managing significant ad budgets and understand how to synergize media buying with creative and conversion optimization
- You’re strategic, but you also love rolling up your sleeves to execute and iterate
- Your experience spans direct response marketing, paid social and search strategies, creative ideation, and P&L management
- You know how to leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and scale winning strategies while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution
- 7-10 Years in Performance Marketing: Proven experience managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Direct Response E-com Expert: Heavy exposure to direct response marketing, including creative, media, and funnel optimization
- Data Obsessed: Proficient in analytics platforms and Excel, with a knack for uncovering patterns and opportunities in data
- Strategic Thinker & Doer: Capable of developing high-level strategies and executing them with precision
- High-Growth Mindset: Energized by a fast-paced, high-velocity environment where conditions evolve rapidly
- P&L Management: Experience balancing revenue growth with profitability targets
- Exceptional Communicator: Clear and concise in articulating ideas, strategies, and results
What the job involves
- You'll manage campaigns from A to Z – from planning and execution to optimization and profitability – with the support of a talented team
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET (with flexibility based on location)
- Clear Reporting: Our standalone data analytics team delivers accurate and timely insights so you can focus on making data-driven decisions
- Collaborative Team: No silos here – we all pitch in to solve problems and seize opportunities
- Scientific Rigor: An experimental mindset underpins everything we do, from campaign testing to creative optimization
- Variety of Challenges: With our rapid growth, no two days are the same – new opportunities and challenges keep things exciting
- Refreshing Autonomy: Expectations are high, but you’ll have the autonomy to determine how best to deliver results
- 25% Creative Collaboration: Partnering with creative teams to develop and test impactful ad concepts
- 25% Execution: Hands-on management and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. This would involve producing engaging ad copy, structuring and building ad campaigns from scratch and monitoring their performance real time
- 25% Analysis: Diving into campaign data to uncover actionable insights and inform strategy
- 25% Strategy: Identifying new opportunities, planning campaigns, and iterating on successful initiatives

Pet care has evolved rapidly over the past decade, with owners investing more in preventative health and wellness for their fur friends. This shift has fuelled strong growth in the global pet supplements and nutraceuticals market, particularly for product targeting joint health, dental care, digestion, and immunity.
PetLabCo. develops science-backed supplements designed to address common health issues ind ogs. The company was inspired by co-founder and co-CEO Chris Masanto, whose search for treatments for his dog's arthritis sparked an interest in better pet nutrition. Since then, PetLabCo. has built a direct-to-consumer brands across the US, Canada, and the UK, offering clinically informed products that support areas such as joint mobility, dental health, and digestion.
The company has grown rapidly too, scaling to more than $200M in annual revenue while building the operational systems needed to support international growth, including its use of Oracle NetSuite to streamline financial and inventory management. The company has also secured investment to accelerate research and development and expand into brick-and-mortar retail.
