Junior Graphic Design/Puzzle and Game Design Associate, Puzzle Post

• A passion for puzzles, escape rooms, games, or creative industries.
• Experience or strong interest in graphic design or illustration (e.g., Canva, Affinity Designer or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Attention to detail, especially when finalizing artwork for production

• Graphic Design and Artwork Creation: Create and manage artwork for games, packaging, and promotional materials, ensuring all visuals align with the Puzzle Post brand. Collaborate with freelance illustrators and designers to deliver cohesive designs
• Product Testing: Organize and oversee product testing to ensure games meet quality and entertainment standards. This will include reviewing gameplay mechanics and gathering feedback to refine both gameplay and visual elements
• Production Support: Prepare print-ready artwork files and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure accuracy and quality during production. Resolve any design-related issues that arise during the process
• Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering ideas on game themes, puzzles, and visual design elements that enhance the overall product experience
