Role
Who you are
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a data engineering field, managing multiple customers and projects. Proficiency in Data Warehouse
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency implementing data replication, change data capture and ELT solutions is essential, preferably using Qlik technologies. Demonstrable experience with Oracle, DB2 (iSeries or z/OS), SQL Server, and or more of Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Cloudera, Hortonworks, Hive or Kafka. Some experience with Talend Data Fabric would be an advantage
- Development Skills: Experience in scripting languages such as Powershell and Python, RESTful APIs, and SQL. Knowledge of DevOps solutions and container technologies is an advantage
- Cloud Solutions: Expertise in designing and deploying complex data solutions for cloud providers, particularly Azure or AWS
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows & Linux Servers, networking, SSO-related software, and security technologies
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing consultative skills, creative problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and prioritise work across a number of assigned customers. Ideally Bachelors in a relevant field
- Language Skills: Business-level English. Additional European languages are advantageous, especially Business-level French

- Innovative Projects: Work at the bleeding edge of data technology, solving significant data challenges and creating impactful outcomes
- Customer Empowerment: Help customers fully utilize their subscriptions, ensuring rapid Time-To-Value and unlocking the full potential of our software
- Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and other customer-facing roles, ensuring coordinated and successful customer outcomes
- Best Practices Deployment: Collaborate with customers to deploy, manage, and audit best practices, ensuring scalable and secure implementations
- Technical Workshops: Conduct technical workshops and provide product updates, empowering customers with the latest advancements
- Problem Solving: Research, investigate, and recommend solutions to data and business challenges, taking technical ownership to drive resolution
- Customer Success: Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, document and present complex solutions, and ensure successful project completions
