- At Envoy we’re writing the operating system for the modern office: a fully‑integrated platform that lets employees reserve desks and rooms, greet visitors, track deliveries, receive emergency alerts, and see interactive maps of the workplace —while our real‑time pipelines unify badge swipes, Wi‑Fi pings, sensors, and more into a single analytics engine that facilities teams use to right‑size space and budgets
- This infrastructure already powers 16,000 workplaces and 9,000+ companies—including names like Netflix, Disney, GitHub, and Nvidia—and it’s the only solution on the market that truly connects people, spaces, and data end‑to‑end
- Join our lean, product‑driven engineering team and you’ll design resilient micro‑services, build blazing‑fast mobile experiences, craft models that predict occupancy, and ship features that shape how millions collaborate every day
- Help us scale: Our Workplace product is used by tens of thousands of people every day. This is only the beginning and you will be an integral part of expansion
- Design core frontend and backend software components that support our Workplace product
- Drive ambitious system design and architecture
- Drive engineering projects to completion. You will be an advocate for quality while also holding ambitious product goals
- Be an advocate for the end-user, whether they are an Envoy customer or external developer

The platform manages hybrid schedules, welcomes guests, helps companies improve security, assists with the management and booking of rooms for collaboration, and even plays a role in structuring mailrooms more effectively.
