  • Passionate about intuitive user experiences, you leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to shape impactful products
  • Proven Experience in Go-To-Market Strategy – You have successfully led GTM strategy execution, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong market positioning and adoption
  • Track Record in Product-Led Growth & Retention – You understand how to drive engagement, maximize customer retention, and optimize product adoption through UX strategy, data-driven decisions, and innovative product solutions
  • Commercial Experience in UX & Customer-Centric Product Design – You advocate for seamless, engaging digital experiences that enhance usability, drive conversions, and improve customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Experience in Competitive Analysis & Positioning – You know how to leverage market intelligence, behavioral insights, and competitive research to shape product strategy and differentiation
  • Leadership & Team Development – You have a track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling product teams, ensuring that people development aligns with business objectives
  • Expertise in AI, Automation, & Emerging Technologies – Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, automation, and data analytics to optimize user engagement, retention, and product performance

  • You are a strategic leader at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and customer focus
  • With a proven ability to align product management, UX design, and service delivery with GTM strategy and revenue goals, you drive innovation, optimize product-market fit, and enhance competitive differentiation
  • A collaborative leader, you ensure Product Managers, Business Analysts, and UX teams work cohesively to deliver user-centric solutions that maximize adoption, retention, and business success
  • Define & Execute Product Strategy – Develop a go-to-market and product experience strategy that aligns with business growth, revenue objectives, and customer engagement
  • Ensure that product-market fit, differentiation, and customer needs remain at the core of decision-making
  • Lead Product Roadmap & Market Positioning – Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps that maximize market opportunities, user experience, and long-term retention
  • Ensure that customer insights, competitive intelligence, and business strategy shape prioritization
  • Drive GTM Success & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure products are positioned effectively, solve real customer pain points, and align with revenue goals
  • Develop sales enablement strategies to improve product adoption and drive business growth
  • Enhance Customer Experience & Engagement – Champion a human-centered design approach, ensuring that product experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer expectations
  • Work closely with UX teams to create seamless end-to-end customer journeys
  • Optimize Product Growth & Scalability – Lead initiatives that improve product adoption, retention, and revenue impact
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability
  • People Leadership & Team Development – Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture

  • Market Insights & Competitive Positioning – Stay informed on emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and UX best practices. Use insights to refine product offerings, strengthen differentiation, and enhance customer experience
  • You’ll drive product and market strategy, ensuring that products are competitive, impactful, and customer-centric
  • You’ll work closely with executive leadership, shaping the future of go-to-market execution and product experience
  • You’ll mentor and grow a high-performing team, ensuring product excellence through collaboration, strategy, and execution
  • You’ll lead customer experience initiatives, optimizing product usability, engagement, and long-term retention
  • You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, working on cutting-edge technologies and user experience innovations
  • Overlap with some EST hours daily is expected
  • Travel according to client or team needs
