Role

Who you are

  • You’ll be a data-driven B2B marketer who infuses the voice of the customer into creative marketing programs to grow our mental health provider network
  • The ideal candidate has experience dreaming, planning, launching, and determining success of marketing programs that drive direct-response goals
  • You have 5-10+ years of experience building and scaling multi-channel integrated marketing programs for a B2B audience
  • You are highly detailed and process-oriented – working with a range of stakeholders, numerous steps + deadlines, and a spreadsheet with dozens of deliverables is your bread and butter
  • You’ve built campaigns and ongoing marketing programs that include webinars/digital events, physical events
  • You’ve partnered with marketing channels like email/lifecycle, paid, social to amplify campaigns and nurture new leads
  • You have high critical thinking skills and a strong bias towards action – you can take ideas from a range of sources without stalling forward progress
  • You have experience marketing to healthcare or mental health audiences (preferred)

  • Our Integrated Marketing & Campaigns team is building a best in class B2B marketing engine
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns, you will help define and build strategies for us to reach specific segments of mental health providers
  • The Integrated Marketing & Campaigns team is just getting started and we’re excited for you to help shape where we’re going
  • Build and manage full-funnel marketing programs that resonate with specific audience segments of mental health providers
  • Own an audience lead target and identify new channels, campaigns, and evergreen marketing programs to reach the target – in partnership with sales
  • Research audience segments to develop messaging and positioning tests that resonate
  • Build and manage a calendar of regular marketing programs to attract, engage, and convert target audience
  • Partner closely with business unit sales team and leaders to connect marketing programs
  • Be the voice of this audience in internal planning and manage audience segment GTM across marketing channel and sales partners
  • Create and document repeatable process that make our campaign go to market engine run seamlessly and provide a great experience for stakeholders we partner with
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing (product marketing, content, creative, design, channels), cross-functionally (in-house experts, corporate communications, sales, analytics), and externally (customer, industry thought leaders)
  • Dive into the numbers to understand what works so we can scale and what doesn’t so we can move on
  • Be a continuous learner and stay on top of the latest marketing trends and effective ways to reach an audience

1 in 4 US citizens are currently living with treatable mental health conditions, however, a vast majority of people are unable to access the care they need, the primary reason being cost. Headway connects clients with therapists who accept insurance as payment and provides independent practitioners with the tools and resources needed to serve their patients and manage administrative workloads.

Headway’s concept is timely, with national mental health under particular strain following events from the past few years. The company facilitates over 300,000 appointments per month and has attracted backing from the likes of Accel and Google Ventures.

Covering 16 states and the District of Columbia, the company intends to broaden its presence across the US using its 2023 Series C funding of $125 million. This is a crucial avenue for further growth, as medical care deserts across the US mean the potential market is vast.
