• Confluent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our Design team
• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, projects, and successful campaigns
• Advanced Design Proficiency: Expertise in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools
• Problem-Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and propose effective, innovative solutions
