Who you are
- If you are proactive, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator, we’d love to hear from you
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working on B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations)
- Strong technical background (e.g., software development, engineering, or related field)
- Experience in implementing AI-driven products or AI agents is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement
- Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments, with the ability to adapt to different ways of working
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams
- Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with remote engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong technical background to drive the development and success of our B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations)
- You will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, working seamlessly across remote engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders in both startup and enterprise environments
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap
- Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution
- Engage closely with customers and internal teams to gather insights and continuously improve product performance
- Work effectively in both startup and large-scale corporate environments, adapting processes to fit the organization’s needs
- Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams, acting as the central point of coordination
- Drive efficiency and organization in product development, managing priorities and timelines effectively

The solution is designed for finance, IT, and procurement teams.
Vertice’s founders are veterans of the SaaS scene, having created and ultimately successfully sold ScanSafe and Wandera over the past two decades.
With deep knowledge of the SaaS market, substantial resources, and crucial experience, the team behind this platform have the clout to compete against better-established competitors in the SaaS procurement software market. They have recently raised impressive funding, and will be focused on accelerating its global growth revenue, expanding engineering and commercial teams, and developing the platform.
